Each of the organizations on this page are vetted 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and 100% of the proceeds will go towards a mattress purchase for that organization. PasturePuff is donating $150 per mattress. All donation information is shared with the individual organization for complete transparency.

General Donations will be split monthly amongst the rescues evenly.

D-S Rescue’s Mission is to provide Rescue for the most extreme neglect and emaciated horses. Often assisting law enforcement agencies with cruelty cases/confiscations.
Once rehabilitated, we look to rehome these horses into loving, lifetime homes.

We aspire to live in a world where horse owners accept responsibility for their animals from birth through death and all horses have a chance to live out their days in safety and comfort. We strive to end equine suffering at later stages of life and to be a model farm for equine retirement. We offer safe and loving sanctuary for retired and aged horses. This care includes all aspects of equine management including exercise, hoof care, veterinary, dental, nutrition and end of life care.
